BASES AND BREWS MUSIC FEST COMING TO THE CITY OF SURPRISE

March 24-26 at Mark Coronado Park in Surprise

The City of Surprise announces the inaugural Bases and Brews Music Fest in Surprise, AZ on March 24-26. 

The event will feature national headlining music acts, a carnival midway, festival food and more. The event will be held at Mark Coronado Park next to Surprise Stadium to cap off the Spring Training season.

Presented by the City of Surprise and Steve LeVine Entertainment and Public Relations (SLE), Bases and Brews Music Fest is a family-friendly event that has something for everyone. During the day, the stage will feature live music from local award-winning artists and community groups, followed by a nationally renowned headliner each night. Throughout the festival grounds, guests can experience a carnival midway with over 40 rides and games, as well as interactive activities for all ages. There will also be an opportunity to indulge in your favorite festival foods, beer and spirits. Co-headlining the main stage on Saturday, March 25 are multi-platinum singer/songwriter Andy Grammer and country music singer Chris Lane.


Andy Grammer (3/25)- Andy Grammer is an Emmy Award-winning and Multi Platinum Singer Songwriter known for quadruple-platinum “Honey, I’m Good,” platinum singles “Keep Your Head Up,” “Fine By Me,” “Don’t Give Up On Me,” “Fresh Eyes,” “Good To Be Alive (Hallelujah),” gold single “I Found You,” and the certified gold albums Andy Grammer and Magazines or Novels. 

Chris Lane (3/25)- Chris Lane has charted seven singles on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs and
Billboard’s Country Airplay, three of which went to No.1 ("Fix," "I Don't Know About You," and "Big,
Big Plans"). In 2017, he was nominated for Best New Country Artist at the iHeartRadio Music Awards.


WALK THE MOON (3/26)
- WALK THE MOON, a multi-platinum, Billboard Music award-winning
pop-rock band, topped the charts in 2015 with hit single "Shut Up and Dance," which is included on their
RIAA Certified Platinum album TALKING IS HARD. WALK THE MOON's third album, 2017's What
If Nothing, included hits such as "Kamikaze" and the #1 Alternative Radio hit "One Foot."

lovelytheband (3/26)- lovelytheband is a triple-platinum indie pop band best known for their debut
single “broken,” which made billboard history, charting for 76 weeks in a row. lovelytheband has been
nominated for multiple awards, including Billboard, TeenChoice and Disney, and were the winners of
iHeart Radio’s 2019 Best New Rock/Alternative Act.


Bases and Brews Music Fest hours are as follows:
Friday, March 24: 4 p.m. - 12 a.m.
Saturday, March 25: 10 a.m. - 12 a.m.
Sunday, March 26: 10 a.m. - 11 p.m.


The festival is at Mark Coronado Park next to Surprise Stadium, 15850 N. Bullard Ave., Surprise, AZ
85374. Parking details and a parking map will be available at BasesandBrewsFest.com closer to the event
date.
General Admission tickets for ages five through 12 are $20; tickets for ages 13+ are $30; and VIP tickets
are $150. Festival entry for children aged four and under is free.
Availability and ticket pricing are subject to change. Tickets are valid for one-day entry. Ride tickets and
all-day ride passes must be purchased separately. A wristband for unlimited rides may be purchased in
advance for $32 or for $37 at the festival. Family packs will be available for purchase at a later date.
