I’m so thankful for the Jenny Craig program, especially this week.  We all have weeks that are harder than others. Those weeks where nothing goes as planned and it feels as if you can’t take one more day of changes.  I’m thankful for Jenny Craig because I can rely on it.  On those days when I’m rushing from one meeting to the next, or juggling kids’ schedules, my Jenny Craig menu is there for me. It’s the one plan I can count on every day. 

Here’s what a typical week on Jenny Craig looks like for me.  



Everything I’ve tried is delicious and I’m even able to swap out certain meals for others based on allergy sensitivities and palate preferences.  Each day is designed to provide for optimal calorie intake and leaves me feeling completely satisfied at the end of the day.  I’ve never been much of a breakfast or dessert eater but just look at what I get to enjoy. I even get snacks.  Lots of snacks (see photo above).  In the past 3 weeks I haven’t felt hungry or deprived (honest)!

I have a challenging week coming up in Week 4.  I’ll be on Spring Break. At the beach.  So I’m bringing my Jenny Craig meals with me and I’m going to stick to the program.  I’m actually excited to show you all my delicious meals by the sea and looking forward to proving that I can lose weight - even on vacation.

During week 3 I lost another 1.8 pounds (av. weight lost in study was 11.6/lbs./4 wks. for those who completed the program.  I received promotional consideration)!  Join me on the Jenny Craig journey.
