I'm just finishing another amazing week with Jenny Craig.  I feel better. I’m sleeping better.  My mood is better (just ask my kids - lol).  And it’s all because I’m eating three balanced meals a day, plus healthy snacks.  I said it last week and I’ll say it again, it’s so convenient and nice to have my meals decided for me.  I’m no longer tempted to go out for fast food during lunch and the breakfast options are amazing.  Just look at some of the things I was given to eat this week.

I just completed week 2 of Jenny Craig’s most personalized plan, My Rapid Results.  This program is backed by science and is designed specifically to maximize results based on an individual’s body, lifestyle and his or her goals. Based on my specific lifestyle and individual goals, I was able to lose another 1.7 pounds – that’s a total of 6.7 pounds in 2 weeks (av. weight lost in study was 11.6/lbs./4 wks. for those who completed the program.  I received promotional consideration)!  

Next week I begin week 3 of this program which includes submitting a DNA test (just a swipe of my cheek with a cotton swab).  The DNA results are designed to leverage my DNA profile, making weight loss even easier for me.  After the results are analyzed a new personalized menu plan will be developed based on my weight loss profile.  My daily menu will continue to include 3 fully prepared meals and 2 healthy snacks.
