TruFit’s mission is to help individuals commit to look and feel the best they can through awesome group fitness classes and clean eating advice and products. Most people have a desire to workout, pay for a gym membership and NEVER GO! TruFit is here to change your mindset on working out!
Our group fitness classes use a variety of workouts to help you get fit, stay fit and feel amazing! We take the fitness to places you love: the park, the pool and your local community center.
Everyday we focus on a different workout and section of the body. Our workouts range from weight training, cardio, and body weight exercises. We us a combination of Tabata, Crossfit, Kettlebell routines, Butts and Guts, and so much more!
If you have been struggling to find a workout plan that is right for you, give TruFit a chance! We encourage all different ages 18+, all skill levels! We cater to everyone, we HAVE FUN together and WORK HARD to reach your individual goals!
We have two locations for your convenience: Tramonto Park and coming soon….our newest addition, Sonoran Foothills Community Center.
