Summer Camp 2024 at Gecko Climbing Gym

SUMMER CAMPS

Gecko Climbing Gym will be offering 11 weeks of camps starting Monday, May 20 through Friday August 2.

CAMP RATES & DEALS

1 Full Day = $85

3 Full Days = $240 ($80/day)

5 Full Days = $375 ($75/day)

1 Half Day = $55

3 Half Days =  $150 ($50/day)

 5 Half Days = $225 ($45/day)

Our 3 and 5 day pricing tiers are offered when you register for 3 to 5 days in the same Mon-Fri week.

BUT, if you register for 10+ days throughout our summer (in one transaction), you qualify for the 5 day rate and you are not limited to the Mon-Fri week. You can pick and choose ANY days at the lowest possible rate that work best for you (pending availability).

• Camper’s ages 4 - 15 (separated by age groups)

Staff

• Our Staff are trained climbing professionals, SAFE SPORT certified and S2Verified.

  • We allow flexibility for you to choose days and overlap weeks. Pick and choose the dates that work for you!

    • July 1-5 (open July 4, 8am til 5pm)
    • July 8-12
    • July 15-19
    • July 22-26
    • July 29 to Aug 2
• Monday through Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm (doors open at 7:45am)
• Aftercare until 5 pm available upon request for an additional $10/hour.
• Lunch & Games is from 11:15-12:00pm
• Morning Half Day options from 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Afternoon Half Day options from 11:00am to 3:00pm

Food/Drinks

• Snacks/drinks are provided and Lunch is offered from 11:15 am - 12:00 pm
• You can pack your lunch or we can provide for $7/day
  • Example of our lunch from Costco: Turkey/Ham sandwiches with Tillamook cheese, mayo and mustard served with apple sauce packet, oranges, yogurt, cheese sticks, as well as chewy bars, fruit snacks, rice krispie bars and potato chip options.
  • You can bring $7 cash or we can run your card on file for the $7 lunch.

• 10% off for Gecko Members
• 10% off each sibling (15% off each sibling for signing up 3 or more kids)

Good things to know:

• Checkin begins at 8am or after (when convenient)
• Please bring a refillable water bottle as we have a bottle filler with cold refreshing filtered water.
• Wear athletic clothing and closed toed shoes (for outside games)
• Snacks and drinks are included and provided throughout the day as well.
• Lunch & Games is 11:15-12:00 noon. You can bring your own lunch or please let us know if you would like us to provide lunch for $7/day.
• Please email us if there are any Food Allergies, Dietary Restrictions or Medical Conditions we should know about. You can remind us at the check-in table too.
• Morning Half Day pickup is anytime before 12pm
• Full Day pickup is at 3:00pm (or after hours care is available until 5pm for $10/hour per child)

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

• Please provide an email with at least a 14 day notice to request changes (adding days, changing days or upgrading from half days to full days).
• If you need to cancel certain date(s), please provide alternate date(s) that you would be interested in.
• Registering for our Youth Camps are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Our camps are staffed appropriately and supplies purchased based on how many kids are registered. Please know we will try to be flexible with changing days when space allows.
• Our camps are first come first served with a cap at 30 kids per day and will offer a waiting list. When we say yes to you, we say no to other families when camps are full. Please understand this principle when registering.
